Freshly Wrapped Candies (also known as The Candies) were an American art and music group formed in the Los Angeles suburbs in 1983 by Chris Haaga and Wade Hall, previously members of a dance music band, B.o.P..

The two had been introduced by their shared hairdresser Brad, who was happy to dye and cut their hair "like rainbows falling onto Machu Picchu". The three quickly decided to create something together, and Freshly Wrapped Candies was born.

The group released four albums between 1985 and 1992, including their third album I Like You, which was released by T.E.C. Tones/Ralph Records in 1989.
