- Ant Farm
- Ralph Records released the Ant Farm Retrospective Video in 1984.
- Art Bears
- Ralph Records released the "Rats & Monkeys" single, and liscened Winter Songs in the US from Rē Records in 1979. Featuring Fred Frith.
- Bill Spooner
- Best known as a member of The Tubes, Ralph Records released his only solo LP, First Chud, in 1985.
- Charles Bobuck
- A member of The Residents, four digital Charles Bobuck releases were sold through the Ralph Sells Downloads store in 2012 and 2013.
- Club Foot Orchestra
- Featuring Snakefinger, Club Foot Orchestra's first two LPs were released through Ralph; their Cabinet Of Doctor Caligari VHS, through Episode Records.

- Ralph Records released Eugene's 198666 EP in 1986.
- Frank Harris With Maria Marquez
- Their collaborative EP In A Minor Mode was released through Ralph in 1987.
- Fred Frith
- A member of Art Bears, Ralph Records released three Fred Frith LPs and his "Dancing In The Street" single between 1980 and 1983.
- Hajime Tachibana
- Hajime's second album Hm was liscened by Ralph in the US from Yen Records in 1984.
- King Kurt
- King Kurt's second album Road To Rack And Ruin was released by Ralph in 1985.
- Little Squeegee Wonder
- Signed to Ralph in 1977, no releases ever came.
- MX-80 Sound
- Ralph Records released two MX-80 Sound LPs and two singles from 1980 to 1981.
- Michael Perilstein
- Perilstein's second LP Godzilla Vs. Your Mother was released by Ralph in 1986.
- Nash The Slash
- Ralph Records released The Million Year Picnic in 1984, a Nash The Slash 'best of' album, collecting material from his first three LPs.
- Penn Jillette
- Jillette was the host of the Ralph Records 10th Anniversary Radio Special! LP in 1982. He was also featured on a split 7" released by TEC Tones sub-label Elemental Records in 1990.
- Renaldo & The Loaf
- Ralph Records released the first five Renaldo & the Loaf LPs between 1981 and 1987. New Ralph Too released the "Renaldo And The Loaf Re-Construction" remix single in 2023.
- Rhythm & Noise
- Both of Rhythm & Noise's LPs were released by Ralph Records in 1984 and 1985. Ralph also released their Shadowkrack VHS.
- Schwump
- Schwump's debut single, "Aphids in the Hall" was released by Ralph Records in 1976. He was the second artist signed to Ralph Records.
- Snakefinger
- Five Snakefinger LPs and four singles were released by Ralph Records between 1979 and 1986, including The 13th Anniversary Show - Live In Japan, a collaborative live album with The Residents licensed from Wave. Snakefinger also released albums as Snakefinger's Vestal Virgins and was a member of Clubfoot Orchestra. Posthumously UWEB and Euro Ralph released Snakefinger compilations.
- Snakefinger's Vestal Virgins
- Fronted by Snakefinger, Ralph Records released the Night Of Desirable Objects LP in 1987 and Live In Chicago cassette in 1986, as well as the "There's No Justice In Life" single.
- The Residents
- Founders and original owners of Ralph from 1972 to 1976, sixteen Residents LPs were released by Ralph Records before their departure in 1986. Several Ralph sub-labels focus primarily on releasing Residents material (Euro Ralph, New Ralph Too, Ralph America, RSD, UWEB, W.E.I.R.D.). Ralph later released The Residents' Wonder of Weird live CD in 2014.
- Tuxedomoon
- Ralph Records released Tuxeodmoon's first two albums in 1980 and 198, as well as the singles "Dark Companion" and "What Use?," and the compilation LP A Thousand Lives By Picture.
- Už Jsme Doma
- Už Jsme Doma's 1995 CD Fairy-Tales From Needland was released by Euro Ralph in European territories, licensed from Indies Records.
- Voice Farm
- Voice Farm's self titled second LP and "Johnny Belinda" single were released by Ralph in 1987 and 1988.
- Yello
- Yello's first LP Solid Pleasure and "Bimbo" single were released by Ralph Records in 1980. Ralph licensed their second album and related singles for US release from Vertigo in 1981 and 1982.
T.E.C. Tones
T.E.C. Tones was a independent label run by late era Ralph owner Tom Timony from 1989 to 1998. Based in the same offices as Ralph, TEC Tones also re-iussued several Ralph albums on cassette and CD. From 1998 to 2001 the Timony also ran the Esoteric Music Group label, which reissued material by Snakefinger's Vestal Virgins, and Renaldo & The Loaf as well as new acts.
