Residents.com news, February 2011
Residents.com news was the news section of The Residents' official website, Residents.com, maintained by Big Brother of The Cryptic Corporation beginning in September 2010 and concluding in September 2014.
As social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter became more widely used by the group, The Residents' news updates during this period were more often premiered on either of those services, usually Facebook.
In the early months of 2011, a minor format change was instituted to this news section, with dates being briefly added to the "news headlines", and the news section's heading changed from "Residents Headline News" to simply "Residents News".

- Talking Light in London at last.
- The Residents will play live at the Roundhouse in London, as part of a two day Mute festival. They will perform on Saturday 14th May 2011. Tickets for the festival are available from http://www.roundhouse.org.uk/short-circuit-presents-mute / [phone number redacted] and are priced as follows: Sat 14 May - £45 (12pm-12am), Fri & Sat - £65.

- French compilation with Residents tune.
- The French store, Colette, will release a digital compilation album of "musical snapshots" called Colette Vol 1 in March 2011. The Residents tune which is included is "Love Theme from a Major Motion Picture" from WB:RMX. The compilation will be download only though Colette and other digital platforms.

- Mole Series CD's being released by Japanese company.
- The same company that issued a limited edition of CLASSIC series CD's last year is at it again. This time they will take on the five Mole releases.

- Dolor Generar CD announced for sale on tour
- The last of the old Ralph Dollar Generals' is being sold on the tour. But it will be joined by a new "completed" version that has two additional tracks adding 8:45 to the project. It also has information about Carlos that pops in another piece of the Carlos puzzle.

- Dolor Generar order increased for tour sales
- Due to surprising interest in the Dolor Generar that will be sold on tour, Cryptic has upped the order of CD's. Though I told them that once people learn there will be more copies they will be no longer interested in it, LOL.
